Military To Millionaire
One brand, three worlds, finally speaking as one.
Project Scope:
- Brand Design, Brand Strategy, E-Commerce, Logo Design, Rebrand, Site Strategy & Content Architecture, UI/UX, Website Design, Website Development
David Pere is a veteran who built a movement out of what he learned the hard way. From Military To Millionaire (FMTM) teaches active-duty service members, reservists, and veterans how to build wealth through real estate, entrepreneurship, and personal finance — with a specific focus on the resources available to military members that most people never learn to use. Around FMTM sits The War Room, an active-duty and veteran-only mastermind that walks members step-by-step through building wealth via real estate. David had already built serious credibility and a loyal community. What he hadn’t built yet was a brand and website that looked the part.

The Challenge...
Before we worked together, David had three distinct-but-connected identities operating under one roof: David Pere the coach, FMTM the resource hub and community, and The War Room the training program. Individually, each had value. Together, they didn’t feel like one brand. The visual identity wasn’t cohesive across the three, and the website — while packed with the right information — wasn’t designed with intention. It communicated a lot, but it wasn’t communicating it fast, clearly, or in a way built for engagement and conversion.
In Short...
David's expertise, content, and community were already remarkable, but...
- His brand felt like three separate things instead of one connected ecosystem.
- His logos and visual identity didn't match the authority he'd actually built.
- His website's messaging was scattered instead of prioritized.
- His site wasn't designed with intention — it informed, but it didn't convert.
So, how did we fix this?
After digging into David’s story, his goals, and how his audience actually experiences his brand, it was clear this needed to start at the strategy level, not the visual one. The fix came in two connected phases: a full rebrand, and a website redesign built to match it.
1
A Connected Rebrand
- We designed a new, simplified logo for From Military To Millionaire — modern, more established, and built to resonate with a military audience without feeling like "just another guru brand."

- We designed a companion logo for The War Room that echoes FMTM's new identity, so members moving from "watching from a far" to "active member" feel like they're stepping deeper into the same brand — not a different one.

- We wove David's personal name and presence into the branding of both, so his personal authority grows alongside FMTM and The War Room instead of competing with them.
- We built out full brand guidelines — color codes, fonts, and usage rules — plus templates for social, YouTube, and podcast thumbnails so David's team could stay consistent everywhere the brand shows up.
2
A Website Redesign
- We simplified and reprioritized the site's messaging around the handful of things a visitor actually needs to know in their first 15 seconds: who David is, what FMTM offers, and how to take the next step.
- We tightened and rephrased existing page copy for faster, clearer communication — without losing David's voice.
- We rebuilt the site to be fully responsive, so the "established" feel holds up on mobile, where the majority of his audience finds him.
- We rebuilt it on WordPress with Elementor, giving David's team a site that's fast, easy to update, and easy to grow without needing a developer for every change.
- We refreshed the WooCommerce shop design to match the new brand.

The Result...
FMTM, The War Room, and David Pere now operate as one connected brand instead of three separate impressions. First-time visitors get the point faster, the site is built to earn trust in seconds instead of paragraphs, and David has a brand foundation that can scale toward his goal of reaching over 10,000 service members and veterans reach financial freedom.
